It’s been sitting at a very lonely corner of Clement since I could remember. Nothing really stood out nor was the menu anything innovated or exciting, but my friend Kris recommended Minami to me and off we went one Saturday night.
There really isn’t anything special about the interior of this place, but the nigiri and sashimi here is most excellent. I’m not a fan of rolls so I can’t comment on that, but nigiri and sashimi here at Minami is up to par with Murasaki (my sushi joint) and so much cheaper.
Minami is tiny. Expect a wait. Expect your entire sushi order to come out at one time. Expect friendly good service and a fantastic time. I will be coming back soon!
