and since we’re on the subjects of cupcakes …
A friend of mine came out to visit from New York and wanted to do a food tour of Bay Area cupcakes (amongst other things). Besides taking him to Kara’s, we went to check out Love At First Bite in Berkeley. Like Kara’s, it’s a small operation, both places equally charming and delicious. If I were to mention a difference it would be that Love At First Bite had a lot more interesting combinations than Kara’s did. Plus mini’s of every variation cupcake they had!
