My dad discovered this place years ago at their first location in the TL. He loved it. We all did, but after they opened their second location in the Richmond things just don’t taste the same as before. Regardless, my family still flocks here. It’s still good. There’s nothing that says comfort like a bowl of chicken noodle soup ( Northern style; pho here does not come garnish with bean sprouts or basil - and no bottle of Hoisin sauce is visible ).
