when i’m in la, orris is one of those kind of restaurants i like to return to for an early sunday dinner. its nothing spectacular, it’s nothing out of the ordinary, but every dish they do here is just so good.

i need to stop neglecting japanese restaurants that cater to the non-japanese crowd. i totally missed out on “heaven on a spoon.” - its a concept i had before; uni and quail egg together, but seriously, you can never have too much of this!
